Exclusive Rights
An exclusive rights contract is different than the previous license types because it is an agreement where the producer gives the artist the exclusive right to use the beat in unlimited recordings and without distribution limits.

Frequently Asked Questions
You purchase a license granting you the rights to use our beats in your songs or videos. You can also release your songs for sale to all platforms like Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, etc.
When your songs sell, you keep the $$$.
The term ends when you reach the limits of the license you purchased. If you need additional limits or rights, you can simply purchase another license.
If you go over your terms in your lease than you can upgrade your license with a discount. For this, email KCM Productions at [email protected] for upgrades.
After you make a purchase, you will receive an email with links to your beats and license agreement.
Yes! After the order is complete, the purchased exclusive beat will be instantly taken off the website.
Yes. Once purchased you will receive download links with all tags removed from the beats.
It means that every sound of the beat (drums, snares, hit hats, instruments, samples, vocals etc) will all be separated in high quality wav audio files also known as stems. This is extremely beneficial because now your audio engineer will have more control or the editing, mix, and master process of the beat for the best sound possible.
