Merchandise Items
Merchandise items include t-shirts, hoodies, beanies, stickers, etc. These items are processed by Printful, a print on-demand service. Therefore, returns are subject to Printul’s Return Policy.
Please understand that we do not offer refunds for “Buyer’s Remorse”.
If your receive any misprinted/damaged/defective items or if you receive the wrong item/size please contact us at [email protected] within a week after the product has been received to file a claim.
Once the claim has been processed, a replacement item will be supplied as soon as possible. If we cannot supply an identical product, we will offer you an alternative similar product and/or issue a credit note.
Beats, Loop Packs, and Sample Packs
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must not be able to get your download working correctly, or having serious issues with the download. We make it as clear as possible to what you are purchasing with our products, and because we sell digital products, refunds may be denied if we suspect pirating.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund as soon as possible and your licenses will be revoked.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
